Special exhibition: 16.9.2023–14.4.2024
Discover the fascinating industrial history of Lower Silesia: In our special exhibition "Lower Silesia on the move" you will embark on a journey along the Silesian Mountain Railway. Characteristic products from places along the route are on display - from handkerchiefs to six-metre long extending tables. The exhibition shows how Lower Silesia grew into an important industrial region from the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century - with technical advances and social upheavals.
EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
A bilingual (German/Polish) and richly illustrated catalogue will be published to accompany the exhibition. The publication will be available in the museum shop (view in online shop) or can be ordered via kontakt@schlesisches-museum.de.
